In 1970, Dr. H.D. Williams, together with his wife, Patricia, and their two sons, left the bustling east coast of Florida to start his medical practice in the small Florida town of New Port Richey. As time went by, a small town turned into a large opportunity for their son David who played a large role in developing the untouched lands into beautiful and thriving communities.
David Williams established the first of his development companies in 1985. Initially, he saw a need for neighborhoods with custom homes and larger lot sizes to preserve trees, where roads would be skillfully planned around existing landscape. David began his vision with the design of a small gated subdivision that later became the unique and admired community of Crescent Forest.
