- You can find many different grout-specific cleaners at your local hardware store if you are wanting to avoid making your own solution.
Caulk
Caulk is used to seal the gaps between tiles and prevent water from seeping through. Over time, caulk can become moldy or cracked, so it’s important to check it regularly and replace it as needed. To remove the old caulk, use a utility knife or putty knife to score the caulk, then use a caulk remover to loosen it. Apply new caulk using a caulk gun. Caulk can be easily cleaned with any bathroom cleaner and a wet sponge.
